Shipping Policy

Shipping times does not correspond with production time. Please allow approximately 3-5 days after production time to receive parcel. However with shipping delays with many carriers, I can not be certain you will receive your parcel within that time. Tracking numbers will be provided. Once the item(s) are shipped Diamond's Creative Customs is not responsible for carrier mishandling or damage. Contacting the carrier service will be the best way to handle any mishaps with shipping.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. If there is a manufacturer defect caused by Diamond's Creative Customs we will be glad to rectify the situation once the item has been shipped back to our shop (shop will reimburse once we received the correct parcel). The same item or another item of equal value will be shipped out at the shop's expense.
