American Dirt by Jeanine Cummins

Review written by a cozy specialist (Feb 2020): A great book to snuggle with. Jeanine goes out of her way to build the story. It takes its time, always knowing when to prove the reader wrong about their latest prediction. It’s exciting; a lot of suspense, a sprinkle of romance, and a whole lot of snaps back to reality.
