Shipping can take up to 2 weeks being that i am only one person & all orders made within the same time frame are shipped together, & also depends on the time it takes for custom items to be made as well . Packages then take 1-5 days to deliver through USPS First Class Mail for United States destinations. Please exercise extra patience while the package is in transit due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Orders placed on weekends do not begin processing until the next upcoming business day. Production For Custom items Production (the time we need to make your custom order) takes up to 7-21 business days. ************** Cashawn Ave is NOT responsible for damages and/or delays that may occur while packages are transported between various facilities. We also do NOT take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address by mail carriers. Lastly, we are NOT responsible for covering the costs of goods damaged AFTER the customer has received their product(s). Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable, you will be charged a reshipment fee of $6.99 as we are not responsible for packages marked as undeliverable by the postal service. ALSO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND DELIVERABLE. you will have to pay the reship fee to have it delivered again. IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS SENT BACK twice there WILL BE NO REFUND.

Refund Policy

We have a no refund policy on all items! we also have a 24hr cancellation period. after that period we will proceed with the order and ship the order to you. you may not recieve an refund unless determined by us (varies by case). the reason we do not do refunds because some items may be harder to resell especially if they are custom which becomes a loss since it is unsellable. If there is something wrong with your item or you did not recive the correct items upon arrivial please contact me up to 4 days after your package is delivered for an exchange or potential replacement item. Exchanges will be based on case basis. all exchanges will be equal or lesser value of the item. the item can be exchanged for the same item in a different color, a different item or similar item due to availability & demand. you have with in 72 hours after ypu recieve the item to initiate the exchange with us. item must be unworn or undamaged/untarnished in order to be exchange please contact us for the exchange. the following items are not qualified for exchange: custom name necklaces, custom photo bezels, custom name bangles, custom name rings, 2 iced pendants, custom name keychains, freestyle me pls & BYOB.
