What’s your Fitz?
The Fitzpatrick skin type scale categorizes skin types according to their reaction to ultraviolet (UV) light exposure.
This is important in skincare because certain skin types react differently to treatments like chemical peels, lasers, or waxing.
Understanding the Fitzpatrick Scale helps prevent overexposure to certain treatments that could cause damage.
For example, aggressive treatments on darker skin tones (Type IV - VI) may lead to scarring and hyperpigmentation, while lighter skin types are more prone to burn-related skin injuries (Type I - II)

No worries! Each facial is customized to take your skin’s level of sensitivity, known allergies and overall health into consideration.

We don’t use “cookie-cutter” facial protocols, so every treatment is unique to the client.

We recommend scheduling a treatment every 3-5 weeks but this depends on the timeframe for skincare goals, home maintenance, budget and more.
