Black American Heritage Flag

Did you know that Black Americans have our own flag? It was designed in 1967 by Melvin Charles and Gleason T. Jackson. The black represents the pride in our melanin. The red symbolizes the blood we have shed for our freedom. The gold represents our intelligence and integrity.
