Shipping Policy

All pieces are custom made to order unless stated otherwise! MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOMS: Please allow for 3-4 weeks for processing/shipping. PREAMADE: ships within 3-5 business days. Please note that you cannot change the size or color with premade pieces. Your patience is appreciated, thank you!

Refund Policy

All sales are final, unless indicated otherwise. Please make sure that you are double checking that you are indicating your correct size and/or color options upon checking out. There is a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will be processed if an item does not fit properly. In that case, the item will be returned to me and I will alter it accordingly. No refunds will be issued unless an order is cancelled.
