FOR DAMAGED OR MALFUNCTIONING ITEMS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR FUNCTIONING OR NON DAMAGED ITEMS. If the item you receive is damaged or malfunctions within 14 days after purchase, customers must email [email protected] with a brief description of the issue with the item. The response email will contain a return address. Once received, ENN staff will test the item and if it is still malfunctioning, you will receive another new one free of charge. Buyer must pay return shipping. FOR ERRORED ORDERS If a customer receives the wrong order, the customer must email at [email protected] stating the issue. Item must be returned in the condition it was received in to be refunded for return shipping cost. Once the item is returned, the customer will be shipped the item they originally ordered.
