Shipping Policy
Orders are generally made-to-order to ensure longevity and quality. We normally ship on Mondays and Wednesdays in an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible and leave room for delays. Should anything change, we will be sure to update customers directly through email and our social media channels. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, you may experience some slight discoloring or settling; please shake all oils and stir all scrubs before use.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not currently offer refunds or returns. If you receive your order in a less than glamourous condition due to shipping, packaging, or otherwise outside factors, you must reach out to us within 48 hours in order to get a resolution. Determined by the reason of unsatisfaction we may offer a replacement, store credit, or discount for a future order.
