Shipping Policy
Please note that all orders are PREORDERS as everything is made upon order. Orders are completed on a weekly basis, a week being Sunday through Saturday. "Processing order" means that the week has been completed + 3-5 days for making orders . An additional 2-3 days should be allotted for shipping. Please remember, no matter what day of the week you order your order will not be processed until the Saturday as it is the closing day of orders for the week.
Refund Policy
