Ambedo candles are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
Refund Policy
It is our goal for every customer to enjoy and be satisfied with our products. Should you experience any issues receiving an order, or with a product itself, please email [email protected] for assistance. Eligibility Products eligible for a return or exchange must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to qualify for a return or exchange. Damages If a product arrives damaged, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include images of the product and written details of the damage. Returns Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. Box 600 Bronx, NY 10465 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
