ALL orders will be shipped via USPS and be recieved in 5-8 business days after processing (DUE TO COVID-19 USPS might BE BEHIND IN SHIPPING, PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WITH USPS 1ST BEFORE CONTACTING OUR OFFICE) unless you purchase a pre-order item which it will state next to the name of the item the estimated ship date. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited shipping. Also, if you would like a signature confirmation or shipping insurance please select that at check out that wil be an additional charge to you. If you have an issue with recieving your package and we have provided a tracking number, please call your local post office first. We are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages we strongly suggest you pay for signature requirement or insuarnce for extra protection. Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 days of receipt excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. We will notify you via email or phone in cases of back order or OUT-OF-STOCK items.
