Orders are packaged by fourleafsoul and mailed via USPS. Once your order has been processed, please allow a standard of 5 - 7 business days for delivery. If you choose an item that is currently out of stock, we ask that you allow 7 - 10 business days for processing (please note that candles take a minimum of 10 days to cure and may cause a delay in delivery). - Express Shipping - Unfortunately, we are unable to offer express shipping since products are hand-crafted and made weekly. - Free Shipping - Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $150.00 or more.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To file a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any further questions regarding our return policy please see below or contact us at [email protected]. - Damages - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. - Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items - Certain items are ineligible for refund; such as personal care goods and beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. - Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
