Royal Blue Sunday Tiny Tophat

A black tiny tophat in Royal Blue lace and african print patterned ribbon. Made with a barrette to keep your hat in place.

The hat measures about 3 inches tall and 5 inches wide. Keep in mind, the hat will be handmade and therefore may not be exactly the same size.

Please message me if you would like an alternative form of attachment. I do not recommend an alligator clip for this hat due to the weight.
