DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Gently rub your finger in a circular motion on the top layer of the glitter. Yes, the pan is packed with glitter from top to bottom but you only need glue to layer each use.
The glitter should be used with glue when it is ready to apply. Just a little at a time – this is mega-packed with glitter!
Pat your finger in the pan to remove any excess. You should touch the remaining glitter in the pan – this ensures it’s smooth on your fingers and prevents any fall-out.
Apply to eyelids in a small sweep motion, no bigger than 1/2 inch at a time.
The top layer on the glue seals off on the top for perfect use next time!
Pro tip: for the ultimate cut-crease – use a clean mascara wand (spoolie) along the edge of the applied glitter (gently!) to create that perfect crease without all the fuss!
