JOAMA Candle Co’s candles are hand poured and cured for 2-3 weeks in New Jersey. We use a combination of high quality soy and coconut wax, blended perfectly with luxury fragrance oils. Our candles are free of carcinogens, phthalates, and mutagens.

Shipping Policy

Shipping We are currently operating in Pre-order mode. All candles are hand-poured and made to order so please allow 3-6 business days lead time prior to shipping. 12 oz and 2oz vessels have a lead time of 1-3 days(Please note that USPS First Class mail does NOT include insurance and should any issues arise with your custom candle during shipping, we will not be able to file a claim for it).

 

Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges What do I do if I received the wrong product or something is wrong with my order? Oh no! We’re sorry that happened. Shoot us an email at [email protected], and we’ll make sure your issue is fixed. My candle came damaged. Can I exchange it? That’s a bummer. Send us a picture at [email protected] and we’ll take it from there to get you a new candle. How can I return or exchange my order? Because your candle is made specially for you, we are not accepting returns or exchanges.
