Shipping Policy
We are a small brand and we make all of our products in house. Processing time for different items may vary. For our Tees and Hoodies, expect a shorter processing time (1-3 business days). For any items in our designer collections, customs, and made-to-order items, expect a longer turnaround time (2--3 weeks). This ensures that you are receiving the correct items at the highest quality. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, including any tracking and shipping insurance fees.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
