Our shipping :

We ship orders out Tuesdays and Thursdays once an order is shipped a tracking number is placed and the customer is notified.

Our handling process:

The handling process can take 3-5 days for most orders others can take 1-2 weeks.

*Please be aware there may be delays due to COVID-19 Our shipping can take 7-14 days typically items will arrive within 1 week of shipment depending on delays from usps All orders are tracked please refer to your emails for your tracking numbers

Our refund policy:We do not provide refunds on any orders all sales are final

Exchange policy: We do not accept exchanges
Restocking:If a refund is issued the customer will be charged a restocking fee which is 50% of the customer’s purchase amount total
*If an item is damaged Upon Delivery please notify usps and file a complaint. once an item is shipped it’s out of our hands and in the shipping company’s hands you must contact them and file a complaint then contact us within 1 week of shipment.
