WHERE DO WE SHIP?

BTB now ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS.

P.O./APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS and will not be covered by insurance in case of loss/damage.

All other international packages are shipped via DHL. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by us.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

DOMESTIC

USPS $9 flat rate - Priority

INTERNATIONAL

DHL- Rates are determined based on location

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The normal processing time for orders is 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday). Business days do not include weekends, public, and federal holidays. Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays and restocks, shipping times are subject to change.
