Coined Cuisine started out as an idea stemming from a broke grad student in 2017. I didn’t have a lot of money, but I didn’t want to eat ramen and sandwiches every day. Since I was also studying for the CPA, I didn’t have much time to workout and wanted to fuel my body with healthy, easy to make options that I could eat on the go. I began challenging myself to stretch my grocery budget as much as I can while still being creative in the kitchen – making my own cheaper versions of nutritious, yummy, and convenient food.
Although I’m now years past that grad school [lack of a] paycheck, I created Coined Cuisine as a way for others to slash their grocery bill and increase their confidence in the kitchen. Browse around and find some recipes to try out – and be sure to tag us on social media when you create!
