1-on-1 Yoga Sessions

Private 1-on-1 session includes a custom created yoga flow complete with poses tailored to your present needs. I open each session with a short consultation to understand your needs, using a guided meditation we will also meditate together prior to me guiding you through a series of sun salutations and poses specifically designed for you. Each session takes about anywhere from 45 mins to 1 hour depending upon your needs.
