COVID DELAYS: Due to COVID-19, packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Estimated delivery time is how many business days are expected for your order to be delivered. We took into consideration that some of you may make purchases for special occasions and we want to ensure your E's Element goodies get to you in the most convenient way possible. Refund Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not accept product refunds. Our product descriptions are super detailed to ensure you are getting the best. If a refund is required, this will be issued as a store credit/gift card and must comply with the 7-day period. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the digital receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
