This tea is made with Wild Vervain and Yellow Dock. The Blue Vervain will calm the nervous system, relieve respiratory and liver congestion, cleanse toxins and act as an overall tonic that produces an overall feeling of well-being.  The Yellow Dock in this tea is a blood purifier and general detoxifier.  It will stimulate bile production, which helps digestion, particularly fats, can stimulate a bowel movement to help remove lingering waste from your intestinal tract and it will also increase the frequency of urination to assist in toxin elimination.  This is not a laxative!! However, you will see an increase in bulk elimination.
