Shipping Policy

The processing time is for already made items in the shop. For made to order items, shipping will take between 3-6 days depending on the item you purchase. I will let you know how long it will take once the order is placed.

 

Refund Policy

When doing custom items, I will be in constant contact with the customer who will be getting updates and will only continue with the project with customer’s approval so there will be no refunds. The only exception is when the item(s) have been damaged/destroyed during shipping. With that, I would need pictures of said item and will either make another and reship the item with 25% refund and free shipping, or giving away a full refund if you do not want another being made and shipped. If it is a pre-made item, you will get a full refund if damaged and you don’t want a new item or remake the item with free shipping.
