In order to provide you with the best quality product(s), please keep in mind all candles and wax melts are handmade and can take up to a week to cure. Returns and Exchange Policy illuminate B. Candles guarantees satisfaction to all of their customers. If there has been an error or you received a defective item, we will gladly exchange it and send you the correct one. If the product happens to be damaged or breaks during shipping or upon arrival, we will replace the item under certain conditions. In order for the candle(s) to be replaced, we require a photo for proof of damage to be emailed to [email protected] within 5 days of the purchase date. We will only accept returns and exchanges for unburned candles.
