Leppi is a Fufulde word for strips of native cloth before being sewn.
The fabric, known as tetheoura, is handloomed by a group of local handweavers from Foumban called Gic anab. Foumban is an artistic town in Cameroon. It takes 10 to 20 days to get a 60cm×4m strip of cloth, before sewing.
For that reason, kindly allow us up to 60 days to get you this original blazer.
The fabric is in 100% cotton from North Cameroon. Various designs can be made available in this fabric.
The blazer has long sleeves, and is meant to be worn open, except if a nice black/golden belt is added.
The blazer is completely lined. No sleeve pad is used, for the blazer to be light and comfy. Leppi blazer can also be made in crepe, cotton, linen, african prints.
Feel free to send your measurements if not in our size table. Wholesale price is available. Kindly send us a message at [email protected] or call/whatsapp at +237 653 772 024. Price is negotiable.
Leppi blazer is part of our Kompali collection, inspired by the Musgum traditional house.
