Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through: https://outfitsandclicks.com Outfits and Clicks is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. To optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours. 1. U.S SHIPPING Outfits and Clicks delivers to all over the country (United States). Outfits and Clicks orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM CT). For security reasons, Outfits and Clicks will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address. 2. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery of the order and will be calculated and shown at checkout. 3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES The order processing time is 2 to 3 working days. Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays) Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different. 4. SHIPPING TIMES Shipping times will depend on the place of delivery and will be calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping time could be changed during major U.S holidays. 5. SHIPMENT TRACKING You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information. 6. DELAYS Outfits and Clicks is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Outfits and Clicks is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. 7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs. 8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS Outfits and Clicks will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase. 9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS Outfits and Clicks recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Outfits and Clicks is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses. 10. SHIPPING COMPLETED Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Outfits and Clicks makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to "completed or delivered".
Refund Policy
This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through: https://outfitsandclicks.com Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time. Only refunds are made, once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer, no refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights. 1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we make returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer you a refund. CONDITIONS OF RETURN • We will need to know your order number. • Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged). • All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase. • Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely. • Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable. • Outfits and Clicks reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost. 3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS We do our best and our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service. If you need to exchange it for the same item or need a refund, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number. Remember that you have 14 days from the day of delivery of the product to request an exchange of the product for an equal or similar one or to request a refund. 4. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund. 5. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.
