Shipping Policy
Orders received after 5pm EST will begin processing the following day. Shipping options will include 1-3 business day Priority Mailing, Overnight, and regular parcel (7 day) shipping via USPS. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging fees, which are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
In the event of extreme delays, exceeding seven business days late, you may opt to request the order be remade (new shipping cost is customers responsibility) or a refund (amount to be determined based on the reason for said request). All claims of requests for refund must be emailed to [email protected] and must include picture and/or video attachment proof of cookie condition when applicable. Please note, broken cookies are not grounds for a refund, you can, however, file a claim with USPS for damage. Items ordered for an event or otherwise needed for a specific time should be ordered with overnight shipping; refunds will not be granted if you select any other shipping option and your items do not arrive on time. Any refunds granted will not include delivery/shipping/packaging fees. In all instances, the term “full refund” shall refer to cookie purchase price only. Thank you!
