Nywele Luxe is a small business, and each product is handcrafted with your delicate tresses in mind. From the labels and logos, to mixing the actual product ingredients, we do it all by hand. With that, we ask that you allow for 7-10 business days of processing and 3-5 business days for shipping (unless you select 1 day shipping). If you have not received your order within that time frame, please reach out to us with any concerns. We will do our best to get you your products in a timely manner so that you can enjoy your hair goodies as soon as possible. Note that once your package(s) has been shipped, Nywele Luxe is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
