All items that are on hand & ready to ship, are final price and cannot be negotiated. These items can be shipped within a week. (: All custom orders require a deposit! No exceptions! Depending on the order, please allow up to 1-3 weeks for me to get to your custom orders and prepare them to be ship.

Refund Policy

Keep in mind that each item is handmade or decorated and takes lots of time and expensive materials! I cannot refund any items shipped or ordered. I can only discuss or alter prices for custom orders if there is a major issue on my end with your pieces. If a piece is asked to be remade you will still be required to pay a discounted price for the unwanted item and full price for the remade piece. I will only remake if there are major issues, since minor imperfections are normal with crating handmade creations.
