WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES Orders placed on the weekend will ship Monday. ​ We use UPS, USPS for Domestic Standard Shipping. To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.​ ​​​ Glossy Dolls DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. ​Glossy Dolls DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages after they have shipped with tracking and left our care. Glossy Dolls DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages lost in the mail. Original shipping charge is not refundable

Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected]. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Personal items such as accessories, bodysuits, swimsuits, lingerie, etc. are not eligible to be returned .Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If the item is found not to be defective nor any errors were made by us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a trackable shipping method on your returning item. ​*Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. Store credit will be issued net of initial shipping costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.
