Shipping Policy
Shirt orders are processed between 2-7 business days. Poster orders are processed between 2-5 business days. Expect a processing time of 7 business days for orders with a combination of these items. An order with a combination of shirt and print items are usually shipped separately due to packaging constraints. Please be advised that we only offer standard shipping for all orders at this time. All US & Canada orders are shipped within 5 business days after processing. All international orders are shipped between 5-20 business days after processing. Tracking is sent out after orders are shipped. For combination orders you will receive tracking information for each item sent separately. Shirts are packaged in polymer mailers. If an order has multiple products, each item is placed in its own separate polymer bag and then packaged all together in a polymer mailer. Posters are rolled and shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps.
Refund Policy
If the product has a defect and you do not wish to exchange the item we will issue a refund. If you do wish to return, alter or exchange an item or change an address, please contact [email protected]. Products returned without any defect, due to a wrong size being ordered or due to an incorrect address entered, are covered at your expense. If it is our error and we processed the wrong information, we will cover the exchange or return. Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Damaged items are covered at no expense to you, send a photo of the damaged goods along with your claim to [email protected] and we’ll gladly send a replacement. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If an item is missing or lost please contact your delivery carrier and then reach out to us. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. For any other questions, please email us at [email protected].
