Shipping We are currently operating in Pre-order mode. All candles are hand-poured and made to order so please allow 3-6 business days lead time prior to shipping. 12 oz and 2oz vessels have a lead time of 1-3 days(Please note that USPS First Class mail does NOT include insurance and should any issues arise with your custom candle during shipping, we will not be able to file a claim for it).
Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges What do I do if I received the wrong product or something is wrong with my order? Oh no! We’re sorry that happened. Shoot us an email at [email protected], and we’ll make sure your issue is fixed. My candle came damaged. Can I exchange it? That’s a bummer. Send us a picture at [email protected] and we’ll take it from there to get you a new candle. How can I return or exchange my order? Because your candle is made specially for you, we are not accepting returns or exchanges.
