Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is packed, an email will be sent to you with your tracking information. Due to Covid-19 we are only shipping to the United States as we have no idea how international packages are being handled. (Sorry!) All orders are shipped within three business days of their purchase date. Unfortunately, once the package is in USPS's hands, we are unaware of its whereabouts and you will have to refer to USPS tracking for a delivery date. Shea butter and coconut oil can melt at temperatures over 75 degrees. If you live in an area that is hot please be sure to watch your tracking diligently. The whipped shea butters will melt if left outside or in a hot mailbox. Due to Covid-19 we cannot offer insulated shipping as USPS cannot guarantee shipping times. If you know that you cannot be home to accept a package, we recommend shipping to someone who can.
